Despite a couple of unexpected delays, the roofing team, under the management of Brandon H., did a phenomenal job in getting the project done. Brandon kept us updated as the work was underway and alerted us to necessary additional repairs (plywood replacement) during removal, so we were not caught by a surprise price increase at the completion of the job. The roofing team took much care in protecting the outdoor area, especially my flowerbeds, from any falling debris, which I so appreciated. They worked diligently and with professionalism. We considered them fair and reasonable, and we couldn't be happier with the finished product! No one looks forward to having to replace a roof, but Resnick took good care of us and got us covered!"
