Responsibilities

  • Availability Monday thru Saturday
  • Maintain and continuously improve the RRC reputation for canvassing and excellence while creating the ultimate customer experience throughout our unique door knocking process
  • Work in tandem with the Director, Branch Operations & Marketing, and Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to stay at the forefront of technology and canvassing strategy to build and grow a best-in-class canvassing team
  • Recruit and interview individuals for the position of Jr. Sales Professional/Appointment Setter
  • Oversee canvassing team daily responsibilities and track performance
  • Not only act as the Manager, but also an individual contributor who will be active in the canvassing and door knocking process with your team to demonstrate “what good looks like” to his/her team
  • Manage all canvassing team members through proper managerial structure, Situational Leadership II
  • Conduct daily huddles and weekly meetings with canvassing team to provide necessary direction and support
  • Train all new Appointment Setters, coach and mentor existing canvassing team to effectively secure appointments with prospective property owners
  • Conduct engaging training sessions (role play and classroom) designed to improve employee skill sets around proper canvassing and door knocking strategy
  • Report canvassing team performance to the Director, Branch Operations & Marketing, and CEO on a weekly basis and manage all relevant reporting for the canvassing team
  • Assist with conducting monthly sales & operations meetings with the Director, Branch Operations & Marketing
  • Plan a canvassing schedule with assistance from the Director, Branch Operations & Marketing
  • Facilitate and execute Direct Mail/Canvassing Neighborhood Marketing Campaign with Director, Branch Operations & Marketing on a weekly basis and track results
  • Pull all applicable neighborhood permitting and licenses
  • Administer all James Hardie & GAF training certifications for all direct reports annually
  • Execute appointment setting and budget goals on a quarterly basis
  • Manager re-hash programs when applicable (primarily during times of inclement weather)
  • Adopt and utilize JobProgress (CRM) and Sales Rabbit for all customer data entry, communication, scheduling, in addition to canvassing specific software

Desired Skills

  • Competent in Microsoft Office and G-Suite
  • Understanding of customer resource management systems
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks at one-time throughout the day
  • Self-disciplined to create blocked calendar of daily schedule and strictly adhere to deadlines
  • Ability to present formally to small and medium size groups of property owners
  • Ability to speak articulately, and in a compelling manner
  • Ability to lift up to 50lbs
  • Ability to climb up ladders onto roofs and inspect “walkable” pitches
  • MUST have previous management experience; 2+ plus years in leadership role is ideal
  • 2+ years Sales and/or customer service experience is preferred, but not mandatory
  • Bachelor's degree preferred
  • Availability Monday thru Saturday
