Mark came to our house for hail storm assessment of damage to our roof. He took us through the process step by step and answered all of our questions. A very pleasant and professional inspector. He was even very nice to our pesky puppy.

The service received was exceptional. From the initial contact with the office through the techs that fixed the problem, everyone was professional, courteous and responsive. Kudos for all the employees as well as the management that creates an environment where they can flourish.

Today Joe came out to my home very respectful and professional he did what was needed to be done. I love the fact that Joe went over everything possible about the product with pictures and explained everything clearly. I would recommend him for a raise if it was possible. I also thank him for being patient with me because I have 2 autistic children he was very patient thank you so much for your presentation and professional support

The Resnick team responded to my call that our roof was leaking. Their response and service were great. We had a completely new roof (including gutters and sofit) within a week. Would highly recommend Resnick.
