Anna is a Customer Experience Manager. Her responsibilities include providing an exceptional customer experience through every interaction, scheduling new homeowners, and assisting with various administrative tasks. She graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Arts from Southern Virginia University. While studying, she learned critical thinking, analytics, and communication skills, which she intends to use daily as a Customer Experience Manager. She enjoys working with a growing company that values the fulfillment and purpose that comes from helping people by providing high-quality products and services. In her free time, she is usually outdoors, playing Texas Hold 'em Poker, enjoying trivia and karaoke nights with friends, or woodworking.
